November 2022 numbers are showing that Ventura County's housing market is still HOT!

As of today December 8, 2022 there are 879 homes available for purchase on the market, in the past 30 day (11/08/22-12/08/22) 393 homes have been sold giving Ventura County an Absorption Rate of 44%!

Below are Median, Low and High Statistics for all SOLD homes in Ventura County from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS): (11/01/22-11/31/22)

CLOSED (sold homes): 495

  • ORIGINAL LIST PRICE: $825,000.00

                        LOW: $184,150.00

                        HIGH: $5,495,000.00

  • SOLD PRICE: $799,000.00

                       LOW: $184,150.00

                       HIGH: $8,800,000.00

  • SOLD/LIST RATIO: 98.77%

                       LOW: 68.05%

                       HIGH: 120.29%

The typical seasonal slowdown must be taken into account. Due to their holiday commitments, many people choose not to sell around November and December. Sales should resume in January, and data in February and beyond will continue to reflect this trend.
